General terms of use of Petite Liste d'épicerie Inc.

Welcome to Petite Liste d'épicerie Inc. By accessing and using our application or our website, you agree to be bound by the terms below. Please read them before using the service.

1. Acceptance of terms.

   By using the service of Petite Liste d'épicerie Inc., you agree to these general terms of use. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

2. The service.

   Petite Liste enables you to build grocery lists and select recipes based on the discounts available at grocery stores in Quebec. The service is reserved for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Minimum age.

   The service is intended for persons aged 14 and over. If you are under 14, please do not use the service.

4. Discounts, prices and product information.

   Discounts, prices and product information come from external sources and change frequently. Petite Liste does not warrant their accuracy, completeness or validity at the time you present yourself in store. Displayed savings are estimates. It is your responsibility to verify the price and the product on site.

5. Preferences, tastes and ingredients to avoid.

   The preferences you declare, including the “To avoid” section, are used solely to rank the recipes suggested to you. This is not a food-safety filter: the application does not exclude recipes and does not guarantee the absence of an ingredient, an allergen or traces in a recipe or a product. The service replaces neither medical advice nor reading the packaging. If you have an allergy or a health condition, always check the labels and consult a health professional.

6. Your account.

   You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials confidential. You may delete your account at any time in the application, under Settings then “Delete my account”. Deletion is permanent.

7. Subscription and payment on iPhone and iPad.

   Petite Liste offers two auto-renewing plans: Solo (annual subscription) and Family (annual subscription). Current prices — as of today CA$49.99 per year for Solo and CA$79.99 per year for Family — are displayed in the application and confirmed by Apple before any purchase; those prices prevail. Payment is processed by Apple and charged to your Apple account. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. To cancel renewal, open your iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. You may restore a purchase from within the application. On other platforms, payment is processed by Stripe.

8. Trial period.

   The 30-day trial is offered and managed by Petite Liste inside the application. It is not an Apple introductory offer: no purchase is made during the trial, and a purchase occurs only if you subsequently choose to subscribe.

9. Family plan.

   The Family plan allows the plan holder to invite a limited number of persons to share the household. The plan holder is responsible for the invitations sent and must ensure that invited persons consent to receiving them. Invited members access the shared household content as provided by the plan. The plan holder may remove a member or an invitation at any time.

10. Intellectual property.

    The application, its content, texts, visuals and software are protected by intellectual property rights and belong to Petite Liste d'épicerie Inc. or their respective owners. You agree not to copy, extract, resell or reuse them outside the scope authorized by Petite Liste d'épicerie Inc.

11. Service availability.

    The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Petite Liste d'épicerie Inc. may change, interrupt or remove features, in particular for technical reasons or when a grocery store's data is no longer accessible.

12. Limitation of liability.

    To the extent permitted by law, Petite Liste d'épicerie Inc., its officers, employees, partners and suppliers shall not be liable for price or availability differences in store, nor for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of the use or the inability to use the service.

13. Indemnification.

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Petite Liste d'épicerie Inc., its officers, employees, partners and suppliers from any claim, loss, liability, cost or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these terms or any misuse of the service.

14. Termination.

    Petite Liste d'épicerie Inc. may suspend or terminate your access to the service, with or without notice, in case of breach of these terms or misuse. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

15. Governing law.

    These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the province of Quebec and in Canada. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec, district of Montreal.

16. Changes to the terms.

    Petite Liste d'épicerie Inc. may change these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date at the top. Continuing to use the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new version.
